Community Guidelines

ClinEdge is committed to a safe, authentic, and respectful environment for everyone. All users must follow these guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, or permanent account suspension.
1. Respect Others
- Communicate politely and treat others with dignity
- Respect personal boundaries and privacy choices
- No harassment, threats, bullying, or discrimination of any kind
- Do not send unsolicited sexual or inappropriate content
2. Be Authentic
- Use a genuine or consistent profile photo and display name
- Do not impersonate others or use stolen photos
- Do not misrepresent your age — ClinEdge is 18+ only
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly forbidden:
- Sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive material
- Violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
- Hate speech, racism, or extremist content
- Promotion of illegal activities (drugs, fraud, gambling, etc.)
- Spam, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized commercial advertising
- Content that infringes others' intellectual property
- Any content involving minors
4. Safe Interactions
- Video calls require mutual consent from both parties
- If meeting offline, choose public places and inform someone you trust
- Never share financial details, passwords, or verification codes with strangers
- Report suspicious behavior immediately
5. Reporting and Enforcement
To report a violation:
- In-app: open the user's profile or long-press a message → tap "Report"
- Email: support@clinedge.dev
Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours and may:
- Remove violating content
- Issue warnings to offending users
- Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts
- Report serious violations to law enforcement
6. Consequences
- First minor violation: warning notification
- Repeated or moderate violations: temporary restrictions (e.g., messaging ban)
- Serious violations: permanent account ban with no appeal
